On 3/3/09 Disappointed in said... Mr. Zouras initially seemed nice & professional. That is where it ended for us. He proved to be a horrendous communicator and and incapable of performing the necessary work. We would NOT RECOMMEND.

I have found him to be honest and fair. He has been very helpful in suggesting meaningful and cost-effective design improvements (kitchen bump out, dormer in studio, fireplace, and master bath wainscoting) to the architect's plans. He has also been an excellent collaborator on numerous other aspects of this home. I sincerely believe that throughout the process he truly wanted to build a high-quality home that I would be very happy with. I am very pleased, and would surely recommend Elias to everyone. G. The game room, exercise room, Theater room, and wet bar, were all accomplished with great skill. Good Job ELIAS.

It has been 2 years now since Elias Zouras Custom Builder Inc has built our addition (kitchen and Family Room). Elias has called and offered 3 times to come and adjust or touch up any thing that concernes us. We told him everything is FANTASTIC.
