On 5/14/09 donna r sullivan said... your cogo's store #480 was very inconsiderate. My boyfriend purchased milk and about 9:30 in the evening I went to use it in food and poured myself a glass. It was disgusting!!!!! He did not believe me I poured him a glass and he poured his out.. back we went another 7 miles to midland and Christina who had orginally waited on him became very rude and stated over half milk was gone... I did not stain the milk out of food and dumped the two toxic glasses out. She even threatend to call police when inquires were maded about just replacing it. This is poor customer service we will have to make another trip to the store in the morning to talk to a manager. that is another 7 miles worth of gas..... not to mention his time. I called and asked for a customer service number and was nastly told The only number was theirs and I would have to call in the moring and then she rudely hung up on me.. I know that My opinion will be made know to friends and relatives in this area.
